Opera 10.10 is finally leaves beta to final without any major changes. You can now safely upgrade your betas to Opera 10.10 final plus Opera Unite via the update manager in Ubuntu or via Help -> Check for Updates in Windows.

For Windows, Linux and Mac: I’m still trying to get the best out of my Opera 10 browser, cause i think its worth the pain :). Opera 10 is fast and stable on my Ubuntu 9.04 and there are times I prefer it to Firefox. Opera like Firefox can use scripts and setting-up scripts in Opera is equally easy like in Firefox, unfortunately they are very few Opera scripts out there. For a quick and clean test of Opera 10, lay your hands on Opera 10 Portable browser, a carbon-copy of the original, with the only difference of being a no-install. It will not interfere with other web browsers or with any version of the Opera browser installed on your system. Opera 10.10 development build now available for download comes with the much talked about Opera Unite -- a web server in the web browser. Opera 10.10 builds are a continuation of Opera 10 plus Unite with bug fixes.
Better stay with Opera 10 if you prefer a stable well functioning browser to a complex, unstable Opera 10.10 development build with many unknowns and full of bugs. More»
