Chromium builds for Linux recently got Bookmark Sync, Google Chrome for Linux followed suit by updating to Google Chrome 4.0.249.0 builds with built-in bookmark sync.
Like with Chromium you’ll have to add --enable-sync to your launching command from the command-line to enable “Sync my bookmarks” in the wrench.
Your bookmarks will also be synced to a folder in Google Docs, so get an account if you don’t have one.

Google Chrome’s bookmark syncing feature (without installing any plug-ins) has been available for the Windows beta version of Chrome 4. This same feature has now been dropped on Chromium builds for Linux. Chromium is the open source project behind Google Chrome.
