Chromium Dev Channel Updates with Extensions Manager in “Wrench” Menu
Chromium 4.0.226.0 (Ubuntu build 30050) for Linux updates with better support for extensions. Like its Windows sibling Chrome, the extensions manager in Chromium is now in the “wrench” menu, making it easier to access the extensions manager — without having to type in or bookmark chrome://extensions.
A few touches have been to the extension manager – the “Load unpacked Extension”, “Pack Extension” and “Unpack Extension Now” buttons are no longer simple “Tools” but are now “Developer Tools”. Clicking on developer tools link now hclasses and displays them, but there’s also a new inactive and mysterious “Options” button.

Two questions – is possible to “pin” the list of bookmarks that are under the Other Bookmarks header? You can do it FF but I can’t find a way to leave the list open. Also, what is the best site for installing Chromium beta 4.** to Ubuntu Karmic.

@SKIP: Yes you can, Click on “Other Bookmarks”, right-click on the bookmark you want to “pin” on the “Bookmarks bar”, then “Edit”, select “Bookmarks bar” -> OK. you’re done.
If you have many bookmarks to pin do so via the “Bookmark manager” “Wrench” -> Bookmark manager. Drag the bookmarks to the “Bookmarks bar”.
