Adobe Reader 8.1.1 for Linux

Adobe recently announced the release of the latest version of the PDF viewer Adobe Reader. The Adobe Reader 8.1.1 for Linux and Solaris features a new user interface, improved launch time, single document interface mode, always available search toolbar and supports multimedia-enabled PDF documents.  
Made available for download are the Debian and RPM packages, also the tar-gz and bz2 achieves, so users could freely choose their right package or archive.
Installation requires a Gnome or KDE desktop environment, 512MB of RAM, GTK+ (GIMP Toolkit) user interface library, version 2.6 or higher and Firefox 1.5 or higher.
