Take a Linux Desktop Survey from the Linux Foundation
The Linux Foundation launches it’s Third Annual Desktop Linux Survey. The organization was founded in January 2007 when the Open Source Development Labs (OSDL) and the Free Standards Group joined forces.
The Linux Desktop survey takes off from October 17 through November 30, and it can be done in six other languages: Chinese, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian, French and Spanish. The results of the survey will be published shortly after the closing date. The last year survey results say Linux is gaining grounds in Latin America and Asia as hardware vendors add pre-installed Linux products to their portfolio.
