Now official! – Firefox 3 gets Guinness World Record
According to the Guinness World Record crew, 8,002,530 people downloaded Firefox 3 on June 18, 2008, thus setting a world record for the “largest number of software downloads in 24 hours.”
If still haven’t gotten your Firefox Download Certificate then do so .
For those still using Firefox 2.0.0.x, know that it will be maintained with security and stability updates until mclass-December, 2008. You’re advised to upgrade to Firefox 3.
