Download Google Earth version 5.0

Google Earth for Linux. The 3d virtual globe, map and geographic application Google Earth now has version 5 for Linux, Mac and Windows , Watch the demo vclasseo and see how the world has changed in this recent years.

 
To install Google Earth in your Ubuntu PC, download the .bin file unto your home folder
Make it executable with

chmod a+x GoogleEarthLinux.bin

then do run with

sudo ./GoogleEarthLinux.bin

Click “Begin Install”, sit back and wait… When the installation is complete, click “Start” to run or from your terminal type googleearth
Google Earth in Ubuntu places a link on Applications -> Internet -> Google Earth.
